Polytron 5000

Polytron 5000

In many industrial applications, safety is ensured around the clock by a fixed gas detection system. Hazards can have several origins: the release of toxic gases, oxygen deficiency or enrichment as well as the presence of combustible gases and vapors. When detected at an early stage, countermeasures can be initiated to protect personnel, workplaces and equipment.

This microprocessor-based transmitter can be equipped with various electrochemical DrägerSensors. This way, you can detect oxygen and various toxic gases in ambient air – reliably, quickly and cost-effectively, as the Polytron 5000 is the result of more than 40 years of experience in measurement technology.

Polytron 7000

Polytron 7000

The Dräger Polytron 7000 can measure 100 different gases. The DrägerSensors that were specifically developed for all-year round, permanent use in a stationary gas detection systems are known for their long life time and the excellent measuring quality. The built-in sensor data memory contains all the relevant information. This allows for the use of pre-calibrated sensors so that the Dräger Polytron 7000 can be used as a virtually maintenance free transmitter.

Polytron 8000

The Dräger Polytron 8000 can detect over 100 different gases. DrägerSensors are specifically designed for the demands of 24 hours a day, 365 days per year operation. The large DrägerSensor size gives them their renowned long life and superior measurement performance. The integrated sensor memory contains all relevant sensor data. This also allows the Polytron 8000 to accept pre-calibrated sensors, the Dräger Polytron 8000 is a virtually maintenance-free transmitter.

Polytron 8700

Polytron 8700

With its HART® ability, the Dräger Polytron 8700 allows remote access using the Dräger PolySoft 8000 software for the quick and convenient evaluation of the instrument status. Integration in existing management systems (e.g. PactWare) is also possible using DTM. In addition, fieldbus systems such as Foundation Fieldbus or Profibus are supported by corresponding interfaces.

PointGard II

PointGard II

The Pointgard II is a microprocessor controlled, stand alone gas detector for continuous monitoring of toxic gases and oxygen in ambient air.

Gas concentration is shown on a large LED display. A horn and two strobes provide alarm annunciation. Redundant internal relays can be used for remote alarming.

The stand alone monitor can be configured for H2S, CO, O2, NH3, Cl2, NO2, SO2, H2O2 and ethylene oxide. Changes to the settings can easily be done via the intuitive menu.
